Information collected

When you create an account, apply as a factory or send an inquiry, the platform receives the information entered in those forms. This can include name, email, company details, procurement requirements, selected suppliers and conversation messages.

Activity records can include IP address, browser user agent, language and browser-provided timezone. Region information is recorded only where available; missing region data is not inferred as a verified location.

How information is used

If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier, verified email and name to create or connect your account. We request basic identity information, not access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. You can review or revoke this connection in your Google account settings.

Account information supports sign-in, email verification and password recovery. Supplier submissions support review and profile management. Inquiry details support procurement records and conversations with selected suppliers.

Session cookies maintain sign-in, shortlists and form protection. Security logs help investigate misuse and troubleshoot service errors. The platform uses these records for operation rather than displaying them on public profiles.

Sharing and service providers

Successful registrations and business submissions generate email notifications to the platform operator. Operational reports sent to the operator can contain account, application, inquiry and audit information. These messages support service administration and are not public reports.

Public manufacturer and product pages are visible to website visitors. Private inquiries and conversations are available to the relevant buyer, authorized platform operators and approved supplier accounts associated with the selected manufacturer.

When email delivery is enabled, the configured email provider processes outgoing messages. If Google sign-in is enabled, Google processes the authentication flow. Social sharing links open the selected external service when clicked; the platform does not publish a social post automatically.

Invitation email tracking can record image requests and link clicks. Image loading is an approximate engagement signal and does not prove a person read the message.

Optional analytics

With your permission, our public pages use Google Analytics to measure page visits and aggregated usage. Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. We exclude account and inquiry pages, remove URL query parameters and do not send inquiry text, email addresses or account identifiers. Google processes the permitted usage data; see how Google uses data from partner sites.

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of a public page to change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not affect sign-in, saved motors or inquiries. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Contact rfq@motorsourcing.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Include enough information to identify the account; identity verification may be needed.

Invitation recipients can use the unsubscribe link in an invitation message. Do not send passwords or identity documents in an ordinary support request.

This notice describes the implemented service. The final operating entity, applicable retention periods and production analytics configuration must be specified before public launch.
