The Shilin YBBP5 family combines flameproof construction with variable-frequency operation. Its official page describes a 3–50 Hz constant-torque region and a 50–100 Hz constant-power region under open-loop U/f control, with an independent IC416 cooling fan and S1 continuous duty. The motor is therefore a different procurement choice from a standard self-cooled induction motor, particularly where low-speed operation and hazardous-area requirements apply together.
