LINIX Motor

LINIX lists three different industrial-logistics motor jobs: closed-loop AGV traction, a serviceable-brush steering drive and low-voltage hydraulic-pump motors. They share a supplier but not a mechanical output or control architecture. An AGV needs a motor-driver-feedback brief, steering needs safe output-torque and angle control, and the pump motor needs a flow-pressure-duty calculation. Select the machine subsystem before comparing voltage or wattage.

01 / IDENTIFY THE MOTION

Traction, steering and hydraulic pressure are not one motor category

AGV servo: coordinated wheel motion

LINIX's AGV page describes a drive intended for varying warehouse routes, using a modified rotor pole structure and a memory-capable encoder to close current, speed and position loops. It explains the system aim but does not publish a model-specific torque-speed curve, bus protocol, gearbox ratio or vehicle load rating. A motor alone does not deliver navigation accuracy without its controller, reduction and feedback integration.

Confirm before ordering Give total vehicle mass and payload, wheel diameter, acceleration and grade, target speed and stop accuracy, drive/steer architecture, battery range and control network. Request the exact motor, drive, encoder and reducer combination, torque-speed/current curves, safety I/O and commissioning data.

Forklift steering: output torque and service access

The steering-motor listing states a rated output torque of 18.5 Nm and a separate 60 Nm maximum destructive torque. The latter is a structural limit, not a continuous or peak commanded working torque. It mentions encoder/resolver options and externally replaceable carbon brushes. Steering selection needs the reduction stage, angle feedback and mechanical stop/load case; it cannot be chosen from the bare 18.5 Nm number alone.

Confirm before ordering Provide the steering geometry, axle load, tire friction, gearbox ratio, required output angle/rate, steering stop and shock loads, supply and control scheme. Ask for continuous and short-time usable output torque, limit and thermal data, brush replacement interval and encoder/resolver option for the selected code.

Hydraulic oil pump: a motor-pump-block system

LINIX lists 24 V and 48 V oil-pump motor series with 360 W, 500 W and 800 W family choices, plus classic, service-friendly and integrated-valve-block versions. Those are alternatives, not a promise that every power is available at both voltages or with every block. Published power alone cannot establish a pump flow or lifting capacity.

Confirm before ordering Supply pump displacement, target flow and pressure, lift cycle, reservoir and oil temperature, battery sag, motor-pump coupling, valve-block ports and package envelope. Request the exact voltage/power/version matrix, current at the duty point and motor-pump thermal test.

02 / SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Define the drive and feedback package before comparing prices

Who supplies and tunes the controller?

For an AGV servo, ask whether the offer includes the matched drive, encoder and parameter file. For a steering axis, specify angle feedback, self-centering or limit strategy and fault response. For a pump motor, define contactor or electronic control, current limiting and undervoltage behavior.

Where is the torque measured?

Motor-shaft torque, reducer output torque and steering-column output torque are different quantities. Request a diagram with the measurement point and gear ratio. In particular, the listed 60 Nm destructive torque for the steering product must not be used as a working rating.

Can the equipment be serviced without changing alignment?

The steering page highlights external carbon-brush replacement; the pump page distinguishes several package layouts. Ask for brush access, wear criteria, spare brushes, valve-block replacement method, seals and motor removal clearance, plus the impact of servicing on steering calibration or hydraulic cleanliness.

How will a sample be accepted on the real machine?

Agree vehicle-level tests: loaded acceleration and stopping for AGV traction, commanded/actual angle and jam response for steering, and flow-pressure/current/temperature over repeated lifts for hydraulics. Factory motor tests and machine-level acceptance are complementary, not interchangeable.

03 / AVOID FALSE EQUIVALENCE

One brand covers multiple architectures, not one interchangeable motor

AGV is an integrated control question

LINIX explains current, speed and position feedback for AGV motion, but the public product text is mainly application context. It does not state that every AGV motor contains the encoder, reducer or drive electronics. Require a bill of materials and a system diagram.

Steering figures have different meanings

The published 18.5 Nm is labelled rated output; 60 Nm is labelled maximum destructive torque. They should appear separately on the supplier's mechanical and control limits drawing. The buyer should request allowable peak duty and safety factor, not infer it from the destructive value.

Pump watts do not set hydraulic performance

The 360/500/800 W motor options and 24/48 V alternatives need a selected pump, pressure, efficiency and duty. Compare complete assemblies or quote motor-only explicitly; otherwise two suppliers can appear to offer the same wattage while solving different lift tasks.

04 / EVIDENCE AND NEXT DOCUMENTS

The legal entity is documented; each application still needs its model sheet

Identity and scope cross-check

A Zhejiang public project document names 浙江联宜电机有限公司 at the same Dongyang address as its official site and describes motor, gearbox and electrical-equipment work. This independently corroborates the operating entity and broad activity; it is not a qualification for a particular vehicle or hydraulic machine.

What the catalogue leaves open

The AGV page explains control approach, the steering page gives two differently labelled torque values and serviceable brushes, and the pump page gives voltage/power/package alternatives. None supplies a complete customer-specific drive-system specification. Ask for exact codes, drawings, controller interface and test evidence at the intended duty.
