YZR: wound-rotor crane and metallurgy service
Xindali's YZR page explicitly distinguishes its wound rotor from the squirrel-cage YZ family and gives frame 112–560 with a 1.5–710 kW family range. Its stated use is lifting and metallurgical equipment with high overload/mechanical-strength demands. Those broad boundaries do not determine a hoist's permissible starts per hour, duty class, rotor-resistance stages, brake size or gearbox matching. The rotor circuit and controls are part of the purchase, not an afterthought.
Confirm before ordering Send hoist or travel function, lifted mass, reeving/gear ratio, cycle chart, start/reverse frequency, thermal duty, control method, rotor resistor and brake specification. Ask for the exact YZR frame/poles/rating, allowable starts and overload curve, rotor connections and mating drawing.
