01 / CONTINUOUS ROTATION OR POSITIONING?
Two drive routes start from different design questions
Compact continuous drive: miniature AC gearmotor
Taili's 90/120 W, 90 × 90 mm catalogue example belongs to a miniature gearmotor range. Its stated output speed divides a reference asynchronous motor speed by reduction ratio; the site explicitly warns that actual speed changes with load. It also says ratios above 300K are unsuitable for heavy-load use in this example, and asks buyers to specify voltage and exact model because capacitor selection varies. Do not quote a no-load rpm or input wattage as delivered shaft performance.
Confirm before ordering State required output rpm under load, continuous and start/stop torque, ratio, supply and frequency, motor/gearbox envelope and output-shaft direction. Ask for the allowed torque table and the exact motor-plus-gearhead combination.

Larger geared drive: small AC gearmotor
A separate small-gearmotor page presents 1.5 and 2.2 kW vertical, single/three-phase choices. Its published note bases table speeds on 1400 rpm at 50 Hz or 1680 rpm at 60 Hz and says rated-load actual speed may be 80–98% of the listed result. A reduced-frame version is described as nonstandard; the same page marks some torque-table cells unsuitable for heavy load. The drawing changes with single-phase, three-phase and brake forms.
Confirm before ordering Identify power, phase, frequency, duty, mounting orientation, brake requirement and permissible output torque. Request the current drawing and load-specific shaft speed rather than treating all 1.5/2.2 kW variants as one fit.

Indexed motion: 57BYG or 86BYG hybrid stepper
Taili publishes 57BYG and 86BYG as separate two/three-phase hybrid-stepper families with torque-frequency curves and wiring diagrams. The 57BYG page warns that torque data were measured at rated voltage/current and calls for pilot-register location and shaft-load concentricity. The 86BYG page separately describes 12 or 14 mm shaft options and different flat/key details. Neither family can be selected by frame code alone without the intended driver, current and speed profile.
Confirm before ordering Send motion cycle, peak and running speed, load inertia, required positioning accuracy, driver supply/current, wiring form and shaft/coupling drawing; request the curve for the exact variant.
