CATALOGUE OVERVIEW

About this component series

PNF and PNE planetary reducers use hardened gears. PNF has a square output flange, while PNE uses a round output flange. The catalogue includes 40, 60, 80, 120 and 160 sizes with configuration-dependent ratios.

This is a mechanical transmission component, not a complete electric motor. Match the input flange and shaft to the selected motor, then check output torque, radial and axial loads, backlash and duty cycle at the required ratio. Include a mounting drawing and motion profile when requesting a configuration.

Selection priorities for Motor parts & accessories

Part names do not establish interchangeability. Provide a drawing, model reference and the relevant operating conditions.

  • Motor model and drawing
  • Critical dimensions
  • Material and finish
  • Electrical or mechanical rating
  • Quantity and compatibility

Use the PNF/PNE reference when requesting a datasheet from SYN-TRON. Confirm these requirements against the exact offered model before comparing quotations.

Send a specification the manufacturer can quote

  1. Application and load: describe the machine, required torque or power, speed and operating cycle.
  2. Electrical supply: provide voltage, frequency, phase and any inverter or controller.
  3. Installation: share mounting, shaft dimensions, frame constraints and operating environment.
  4. Commercial requirements: state quantity, destination, target date and required certificates or drawings.
