57/92BL: match the speed winding, drive and mechanical revision

A 100 W BL motor can be rated for 1000, 1500, 3000 or 8000 r/min, with different rated torque and body length. Power alone therefore does not identify a replacement. The current 57/92BL catalogue also distinguishes the drive-system voltage from the winding-voltage code and gives separate motor-phase and Hall-sensor leads.

Four 100 W choices deliver different torque at their rated speed

All four references below are 57BL motors with the H1-LS-C suffix. The table preserves each complete operating point. L is the body dimension labelled in the outline drawing, not shaft-to-cable overall length.

Why the H models say 220 V AC in one table and 300 V DC in the model key

The specification table labels the H examples 220 V AC, while the model key explicitly defines H as the 300 V DC voltage class applied to the winding. These labels describe different parts of the motor-drive system; they are not instructions to connect the motor directly to mains.

Specify a compatible commutation drive

The motor has U, V and W phase leads and separate Hall feedback. Require the quotation to identify the matching electronic drive, its input supply, motor connection and feedback arrangement. Do not interpret either voltage label as permission to bypass the drive. The N code denotes a 24 V DC winding class; it does not make an N motor interchangeable with an H motor.

Keep the 24 V options separate

57BL-0730N1-LS-C is listed at 70 W, 3000 r/min, 0.23 N·m rated torque and 4.0 A rated current. The 80 W 57BL-0880N1-LS-C instead lists 8000 r/min, 0.095 N·m and 6.2 A. Their shared 24 V label and 74.5 mm body length do not give them the same working torque or drive-current requirement.

Do not size continuous duty from maximum torque

For the 70 W reference the table lists 0.46 N·m maximum torque and 8.0 A maximum current, alongside the lower rated values above. This three-page sheet does not specify a permitted duration for those maxima. Provide acceleration and dwell times and obtain the motor-drive overload curve before relying on them in a repeating cycle.

Check the interfaces hidden by a similar-looking motor body

Use the complete reference and drawing revision for replacement orders. The December 2025 table uses C-version references; an older B-version nameplate requires a specific interchangeability check.

57BL and 92BL have different shaft and flange geometryThe 57 outline shows a 60 × 60 mm face, an 8 mm smooth shaft, a 38 mm register and four 5.5 mm holes on a 66.6 mm pitch circle. The 92 outline shows a 92 × 92 mm face, a 14 mm keyed shaft, an 80 mm register and four 6.5 mm holes on a 101 mm pitch circle. Do not infer the mounting from the series number alone. The 92BL body lengths are 81, 111 or 141 mm depending on the actual reference.
Identical wire colours belong to two different circuitsIn this sheet, red/yellow/blue phase leads are U/V/W. Red/yellow/blue Hall leads are SA/SB/SC, with green S+ and black S−. Identify the cable group and approved connector pinout before connection; colour alone is insufficient. The model key’s sensor code 1 means switching Hall feedback. Ask the drive documentation to confirm the sensor supply and interface; those electrical limits are not given in this motor sheet.
Agree environmental conditions and special versionsThe sheet lists 0 to +50 °C ambient, relative humidity below 85% and insulation class B. It does not supply an IP rating in these pages. Include enclosure needs, load cycle and cooling conditions in the inquiry. A Ver*.* suffix denotes a special version and must be checked against its own approved drawing rather than the standard table.

Confirm the matching electronic commutation drive, Hall feedback, winding and connector arrangement for the exact model. Send the continuous load and acceleration requirements; do not connect a brushless motor directly to an AC supply merely because its drive system is AC powered.
